Bats are bad news and generally it's a very good idea to completely avoid contact with them and also with bat feces. Don't touch bats. Ever.

I'm interested in a lot of different forms of transportation as a hobby. Photography, tracking, etc. Being able to see the flight history of a specific airframe is interesting to me or going back and looking at past flights. Fleets is

From FR24, you get two years of historical data for starters.

Same. I get value back from FR24 in the form of a Business subscription which gives me a TON of data and access I wouldn't be able to afford. I fed ADS-B Exchange for nothing because it seemed like a nice thing to do to benefit the wid

It's going from $9.99 to $14.99/month in Canada. I'm out. Even at $10 I was considering whether it was worth it. At $15 it's not even close. I turned off auto-renew this morning when I saw the DC Rainmaker video.

I'm one of them. I switched to Brave first, and have settled on Vivaldi going forward. Why? Because Firefox was increasingly problematic to use. Things like background blur on Google Meet didn't work. Yes, I realize it was probabl

We discovered our kid's sesame allergy when I fed some hummus on a pita at age 18 months resulting in a serious reaction that almost had me calling 911. It wasn't lack of early exposure.

As a parent of a kid with a sesame allergy, I wish it got the same treatment as peanut allergies do. It's common here (Canada) to have a school that will throw your lunch snacks away if they aren't labelled "peanut safe"

Why move from one corporate entity to another? Substack will end up going down the same road in time. Get your own domain, fire up a CMS and start publishing on something you control and own.

It's very likely filtered out of the FR24 data. Use https://globe.adsbexchange.com instead and you will get everything, including Elon's jet.

Referring to people as "Plaids" is dehumanizing. 260 talented people were let go.

Thought the same thing. How do you prove top me as the user that I'm seeing "half as many ads" now that I'm paying $8? No ads is easy. They are there or they aren't. I'd considering paying Twitter $8/month

And there are still ads in the timeline. Whoever dreamt up Blue should be shown the door. $4.99/month for no ads in the timeline and a reverse chronological view that doesn't change back randomly is a no-brainer.
