Wow, hats off to Blizzard for recognizing that the auction house was undermining the overall experience. Obviously this doesn't stop people from trading in-person, but Diablo 2 had it right and I'm pleased to see they went back to

I think that the inconsistency of these designs is important. It reminds me of when the App Store was first opened for the public and the v1.0 of the apps we use today were launching. Apple has, effectively redone their entire ecosystem, de

Good job! After years of putting around with debt, I have kept a promise to myself that I wouldn't get into debt unless it was under dire circumstances. Peace has value, in my opinion. Not having to worry about debts and payments reall

While I do agree that iOS isn't nearly as flexible as Android, let's just say that 90% of the time you might want to go with a Sync adapter versus rolling your own solution. Also, I believe that Apple has the best intentions at he

I just opened a tab and searched for some iPhone app screenshots in Google Images and dragged it back into Breezi, all without touching my filesystem[1]. [1] I should say _technically_ it did touch my filesystem as that image was probably y

This is why I think that the methods taught in this book seem to work for some people. When you're stressed beyond all means and don't deal with it mentally, the tension you give yourself causes physical harm. Sort of like how str

Keynote for iOS has been incredibly useful for me in the past. My office's meeting rooms each have a TV with an AppleTV connected into them, so I just use my iPad to stream the presentation.

I think that option #5 is ideal. I don't believe that DRM belongs in the HTML spec. I see the spec as more of a toolkit to support whatever it is you need done (video/audio APIs, canvas, etc). DRM features should exist at the user level, pr

This happened to me on Mint.com. I use a password manger as well and I generated a 32 character password. It saved successfully, but once I'd log in, it'd kick me back letting me know that my password was incorrect. After about 15 minutes o

I'm skeptical, too. Without any variety in your food intake, it's an all-or-nothing approach which seems pretty risky. You'd need to keep a close watch on your vitals to ensure you're not missing out on specific nutrients. Something like th
