If only the Chicago CTA api was close to reliable... It's well known for the ghost buses and disappearing trains. However we wouldn't probably need to call Apis, just refreshing their website would work as it's similar to OP&

I prefer to calculate the numbers on paper every time. But you need to do it fast enough to make it in less than 30 seconds.

I know about all that. My mistake was thinking that I could take advantage of the multicore nature of pigz even when no compression is being used (I'm not sure if pigz only uses multiple cores for the bzip algorithm, or if it somehow c

I could definitely be wrong here, apologies for the confusion. I run many of these tasks automated, in some cases I used low compression, in others zero compression. For low compression, that command really shines, for zero compression, I w

I used this recently with -0 (no compression) to pack* billions of files into a tar file before sending them over the network. It worked amazing.

As others said, wish this use case had been considered on Unix based OSs. I guess it's a very common issue many people have daily. I don't like to do it but some people have some bashrc or ssh config script to auto attach every se

I must say that I prefer the declarative nature of terraform, but it's true that in many cases I've spend ages trying to create variables through loops, whereas in a regular programming language it would have taken me minutes. And

Yes but if each microservice needs to check a cache on each request, then why use jwt at all, you could just save a classic session (with random token) in that cache as well

I feel like 1080p is not enough to fit enough information in such a tiny screen. Even smartphones are sometimes too small for certain tasks, just a tiny section of my smartphone would be even less suitable for working, watching or gaming.
