The republican party is simply unacceptable on many levels for any intelligent, honest person. I realize that you, like many people, simply do not see it that way, and imagine that there is some kind of equivalence or near equivalence in ho

I don't think they are any error classes that OCaml/F# will let you make that Rust won't.

It might be worth it over C++, but assuming the task at hand is not hindered by garbage collection, is it ever worth it over an ML style language? It certainly takes a lot more typing to get things done.

It is worth looking at F# as well, which is basically OCaml on the .NET platform. With the advantages of having the entire .NET ecosystem of libraries available for use, being able to use more than one core of your cpu, a solid IDE, and som

.NET languages come close to what you want with System.Numerics, but it lacks complete coverage of SIMD operations. But the basics are there, and it can be very useful at times. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library

if they sell a fast lane to netflix, any savings you might get, you then pay for because netflix costs more. nobody wins here except the people with the more creative sales team.

the climate is a lot less chaotic than weather, and aspects of it are not so hard to model correctly. For instance the IPCC far projections for global average temp from 1990 have been very good.

Computer science gets a lot of papers with arguments for a certain way of doing things. Very few with controlled experiments to find out if a way of doing things is better than another. Every time I mention this, people say that it is hard

F# with monogame will get you better performance and less weirdness, it is a pleasant lighter weight environment. unity gc and runtime are rapidly improving now that ms owns xamarin though.

No, there is an Antarctic ice sheet that is gaining mass. As a whole, Antarctica is losing ice mass. As is the case for global ice mass balance. Chart of satellite gravity measurements for Antarctica: http://www.skepticalscience.
