No mention of the kinds of pigments and binders. That would be interesting to know as well.

I'm not so sure they are independent of government influence, given all the research grants, etc., but I think the influence between government and academia is a two-way street.

I like the topics Phillip lists at the end he especially wants to focus on in terms of delivery from Microsoft. Achieving all of these as well as a 4.2 version of the language would be a great win for the F# community.

I read Ozymandias more than once, but that was decades ago, and you had to remind me of the author. I do think Mary has made a more lasting impression over the centuries. We read and discussed the romantic passages of Frankenstein in my

OP here. Since Martin-Löf type theory has introduced dependent types through the dependent function. No one I am aware of has improved on this approach, or even attempted a different way of introducing dependent types. And I think theory is

I'm pretty sure there are vector libraries available to F#. Dig around and you will find them. Then just apply dependent type to a type in that library. I don't work with them myself.

How can you do a compile time check on data that has not entered the system? You can apply the same technique to Vect 3 [1,2,3] or any other type.

How about an F# port of this? Aside from it being a very handy language for ETL type tasks, I suspect your average excel power user who otherwise does not program could more easily wrap his head around the functional paradigm.

I recently had a conversation with a Microsoft quantum researcher, and this a close approximation to his answer. I just wanted a number. It's complicated.

Exactly this. I lose my open tabs every 2 weeks or so. I've reported this to the black hole of Edge feedback on numerous occasions. How hard can this be to get right?
