I'm not seeing the connection between the asofterworld post you linked, and this topic. However, I do think that the page behind the hidden heart is most adorable.

I'd like to highlight his post on the Broadcom SoC hardware watchdog, I'm glad I found that. It is something I can really use but I didn't know that was possible. http://www.digimatic.co.uk/articles/tips-

That isn't the same as "a person who doesn't do much of anything". I think it's more in the spirit of "what hobbies do you have" / "what kind of activities do you like".

I was hoping to find a well-reasoned story here, but it isn't there. I don't find her reasoning to be logical, and she keeps calling things strange or abnormal based on either a single anecdote, or none at all.

It doesn't really seem to matter where you live, if the government of the USA decides that it doesn't like you.

Who exactly would be less liable? The Netherlands is a country with a very high concentration of people. I would think that one of the desert-like places in the USA would be a better storage space (assuming the intent is indeed just to stor

I'm not entirely clear on this yet, but it sounds like it could be very useful for load-testing a particular service I'm working on. Testing the service requires a series of directories to be present for each client. It sounds like this doc

Some of what you mentioned here, if not most, seems specific to the USA, from my western European point of view. Do you know of any explanation for that?
