Looking forward to installing this on my devices, native webOS browser needs an upgrade. Thanks for sharing this with the community.

Thanks for taking this on board, and I don't mean to be overly critical but I see more and more services ignoring us poor minority mobile platform users. Wish you guys well.

That's fine, it's your service so you can do what you like with it. But as a non-iOS/Android user, you have effectively shut me out (and others like me). > We want to be around when people do things, this means away from the computer.

Grrr. Once again, this means nothing to me as a non-iOS/Android user. Not happy to see this trend continuing, are people not building websites any more? * edit for typo.

From my Irish perspective, I'd be more interested to learn how they came from Limerick, went to two prestigious American universities, and ended up in Silicon Valley. I heard for example that they initially approached banks in Ireland with

But what about hundreds of thousands with Nginx? Would love to see a benchmark or hear from someone who has achieved this on one machine (of any size).

Big difference between 10k and 100k, and note he speaks of "hundreds of thousands" so I'm taken that as >200k simultaneous connections on a single box.

"With Nginx, it is possible to handle hundreds of thousands of simultaneous users per hardware server." I like Nginx, its a great web server, but really ?

I'd much rather see people making better use of tags. I inherited a git-based project recently where branches were being used as a sudo-tag to indicate what code was currently deployed to each server environment, but no tagging of releases

Seems like a great candidate to use Enyo. HTML5+Enyo would mean they could use the same code base on multiple platforms (Android, iOS, webOS...).

I like JRuby a lot, in fact it's my favourite scripting language on the CLI, but while it's fast to run its damn slow to compile (remember it still has to compile to JVM bytecodes).

Apple is not responsible for large chunks of Internet infrastructure, such as search, advertisements, email, maps, analytics, and many other services that are automatic "go-to" solutions for hundreds of millions of users of Google services.

While it is essentially to be civil, too much agreement and mutual back-patting can lead to chronic group think in a community, where anyone deemed to be contrarian is instantly down-voted regardless of how civilly made their arguement is.
