I checked YP on my iPhone. Some videos were available. I'm guessing until HTML5 with <video> support is more mainstream, sites that stream/host videos will target devices rather than browsers. I'm guessing it's a lot of work (or res

I've met plenty of people who have to work two (sometimes, even three) jobs just to make ends meet. They work non-stop, exposed to the elements, doing manual labor - all to make ends meet. The guy sits in front of his computer all day, blas

True. IF I understand the implications of the deal between Google and Verizon correctly (and to be honest, there's a good chance I don't...), I would argue that what they're doing is far worse than Steve Jobs saying, "You're holding it wron

I don't. Every Mac user I know doesn't. Maybe I'm a weird demographic (I switched back in 2000 - prior to that, I used Windows strictly - from DOS/3.1 up to 2000!) I've found that any Windows software I need (i.e, some software to capture a

I was amused by this key point: On a Mac, out of the box, you can only encrypt your home folder. With Windows 7 Ultimate, you can encrypt your entire hard drive and even USB drives. So your stuff can be safer wherever you go. Obviously, the

My guess: The brass at Microsoft was probably thrilled when Apple switched to Intel. To them, this meant easy virtualization/dual boot setups, so obviously, more licenses sold for Windows (because, c'mon, everyone needs Windows with that va

Fun game and impressive script! Personally, the game was too fast (speed wise) in Chrome. However, FireFox and Safari 5 played at a much more reasonable speed. While, I was expecting the speed to be a bit slower in FireFox, I was curious ab

Exactly. I own an iPhone 4 (upgraded from an iPhone 3G) and "switched" to Macs a while back. My coworkers - many of which own an Android-based smart phone - are loving every moment of this. And to be honest, some of the videos, photos, etc.
