Maybe for regular Joes like you and me. But do you think the ultra rich are still just trying to buy comfort and things with the heaps of money they store up?

It's the lower middle class who used to be able to afford to own a home in these areas that now can't, that are really hurt. I've seen this happen in small towns around rural upstate NY in the adirondack park where wealthy pe

I strongly agree with everything you are saying here. But that said, I do think its prevailing thinking among protestants in the US; who are generally right leaning welfare hating lovers of Christ. Further, real Christians (who live by the

I read on another thread a user that does a lot of podcasting/audio editing say he absolutely loves the touchbar. He can annotate in Word and pause/play/scrub his video on the touchbar without ever changing app focus. This is

Sometimes I am most productive on my iPad with a word processor and a Bluetooth keyboard. I credit it to the focused nature of just a single app. So if I'm having trouble writing, I go there or occasionally I will go totally analog on

I'd be far less likely to engage in semi-extreme activities that I enjoy (mountain biking, snowboarding) if I didn't have the safety net of insurance to cover me should an accident happen. I love those activities, but if they have

I work in games and I am still not sure I understand the difference. I found the camera in 3D World to be a bit more free than in Mario 64 (if I am recalling the camera rotation limitations correctly).

AR is still a category without an elegant 'Apple' solution, to its detriment. As they did with smartphones when the technology was at a place to support such a game changing device I could see them defining/kickstarting the A

There are far cheaper ways to eat than going out and being waited on hand and foot. If you don't like that kind of service and the premium price that comes with it, go to the grocery store and cook your own meal!

I think to some extent, this compensation method puts the ball in the waiters' court and requires a lot less performance management on the businesses part. I'd be interested to know if service is better/worse/same in non

Is colorful language in marketing new or unique to Apple? Are there people that actually mistake the term 'magical' in this context to mean, 'these headphones actually have supernatural forces working inside them!'

Yeah... My bad, agree on the terminology. I think a more appropriate way to refer to them would be 'wireless earbuds'. In that case, I would say anything connecting them would be cheating and taking away from the truly amazing fee
