I'm also hearing a bunch of grumblings and speculation that Valve is developing a non kernel level anti cheat.

I personally like the way that Obsidian and Typora hide the styling: when you get to where it would be, it shows up on screen to show you it's there causing the styling. When your typing indicator moves away from it, it hides it. Some

I disagree. Universal just implies everyone gets it. If the system includes a gradual fall off, it's still universally applied to everyone, no?

> That's a more gradual phase-out, but it still is an effective marginal tax rate of 50%+ – a level that wealthy earners would complain about to no end. Yeah, my wording could have been better. The suggestion that I've seen for

There was a podcast or video about this exact same issue in... Sweden? Some anecdata from people receiving welfare, but couldn't start a job or a business because if they received any money, they get nothing from welfare and wouldn

The difference is that money was created then for that purpose. In an ideal universal basic income, the money comes from taxes; not just printed on the spot. This to my (probably base and naive understanding of economics) would not result i

Because of critical mass. A significant amount of non-technically inclined people use Windows. Some use Mac. And they're intimidated by anything different.

It's certainly coming soon. I've noticed it in podcasts recently. There have been a few hiccups with them recently.

After briefly having used both, the main difference besides layout and aesthetics, is that 010 has a bigger repo of premade templates.

In the past, you could only see the last 10,000 messages. Currently you can only see the last 90 days of messages.

A friend of my recently purchased the GL-iNet Flint 2[0], and is quite happy with it. It by default runs OpenWRT. There's a recent video on LTT's sub channel ShortCircuit about it [1]. [0]: https://www.gl-inet.com/

Restaurants don't often print their menus in house. They get the printed at a print shop. Which takes time, and labor. And unless you're doing them at volume, isn't a negligible costs. Don't get me wrong, I prefer paper

I'm not quite sure how having to reprint paper menus is cheaper than a static CDN website. Especially if you have multiple locations. As much as Restaurants moan and complain about raising prices, having to reprint menus isn't 0 c
