True yeah. I was just thinking of other sorts of “high qualification” high paid trades which require lots of investment to create.

It’s interesting to read people like Marx when he was writing about the class society he lived in because you can see how much the bottom has fallen out of the middle. He describes the specialist artisans who are capable, sometimes, of upwa

I’m a millennial and I feel the same way, but I think a lot of this is due to a privileged position we have in the labor force. It’s the whitest of white color jobs. We’re still exploited as any trade, but it’s easier to be an architect or

This is a wild overreach. It seems to presume that because I grew up there that I was middle class. I am now but believe me I was not always. I still do now own where I live and it’ll take me to the end of my thirties before I can, reasonab

The supposition that demonstration doesn’t include obstructing or destroying property is relatively new. When I say demonstration I mean it to include everything from drum circles in zucotti park to the 60s civil rights demonstrations whic

I agree with you that no one should ever like seeing damage to a community. Two things come to mind in response to your comment: 1. it is important to differentiate between violence done towards individuals and damage caused to private prop
