Interesting project. I wonder what is the relation to approaches that allow explicit composition of enumerators, such as [1]? It seems that this approach could provide a nice interface for generators that need to be constructed explicitly.

He is not. And don't forget that he deserves much more respect, partly due to his contributions to the software practice, free software, and freedom in general.

This shitty system thrives because of people that think like you. Firstly, you mention some magical words like "good work", which mean nothing. Secondly, you wrongfully label a large group of people as wanting "something for

I think Pidgin should fit the bill. Awesome client with a lot of useful plugins.

This is such a straw man... I would like to downvote this comment, at least a couple of times.

If you're thinking Europe, Belgrade, Serbia. A very nice city with balanced weather. Amazing nightlife. Emerging opportunities in tech and startups.

I am getting tired of people seemingly ignorantly repeating "echo chamber" and using it every time someone mentions Twitter. Systems like Twitter provide great ways for disseminating information -- there is nothing inherent about

It does actually. Check out http://doc.akka.io/docs/akka-stream-and-http-experimental/1.... , where a distributed echo example is shown.

That's too bad, pidgin is the only client I want to use, regardless of the protocol...

This is arguably one of the main points of UBI, which should, by construction, solve paternalism. One of the main points is changing people's view on income.

Regular chat capabilities + easy sharing of current browser views, of course. I use it regularly, e.g. when deciding to buy a ticket with my friends.

So many clients, so much effort spent... I wish the shared functionality could be encapsulated and used within other clients (some of which arguably far more flexible and thus usable), like pidgin (which is my favorite) and irssi...

The number is fine; I take it's reasonable since we are talking about ensuring BI for a lot of people. Yes, it makes sense that the money comes from the richest, where we assume the government is actually capable to achieve it in some

This is a weak argument. First of all, it seems as a strawman argument, since you assume a trillion dollars get somehow injected while the amount of goods and services stay the same. Secondly, you assume people will suddenly stop being prod

I wonder how does this compare to skype4pidgin [1] -- this pidgin plugin is working very nicely already [1] https://github.com/EionRobb/skype4pidgin

Please, not another IDE. Perhaps a compiler or a static analyzer -- the task Haskell is a very good fit for.
