One view calendar is not opensourced, but it is very slick. I was hoping someone has an opensource clone [0] http://www.oneviewcalendar.com/

Wait until enough people are sick or dying at the same time to impact the economy or some high ranking politician finds his dicks rotting away from an untreatable STD and they'll soon plough money into the problem.

Elm is for client-side, It needs some backend to talk to postgres. I would use rust or maybe postgrest[0] would do. [0] https://github.com/begriffs/postgrest

I wrote some simple ascii diagrams inline with readme and code, but never too serious. I wrote this tool to enhance the rendering of the diagram, and publish it opensource. I never did expect some people use it seriously https://

I'm looking forward to work on manipulating the generated SVG and reflect the change in the text diagram then render it back to SVG. But that will come a long way.

This is an iteration of my previous submission[0] with improvements from the comments and feedback. It is now embeddable in a markdown, and the generated SVG is now optimized to it's size. [0] https://news.ycombinator.com

From Php to Java and now Rust. Though rust is not prominent yet, I'm sure I will have a lot of fun when it would go mainstream.

This is a work in progress, the SVG generated is bloated, I'll plugged in an optimizer later on when I got enough time.

because some pixel are "more black" when an area is covered by two SVG elements How can you possibly see that? This definitely needs a lot of more work on adding optimizer to reduce the elements into simplest form possibl

Have tried it, but it seems it can't reduce seperate lines into paths. I'll have to reduce the separate lines first in my first pass.

Yep, I want to add an optimizer to reduce the svg elements into paths and into simplest form possible, when I have more time.

Haven't used emacs but base from the looks of it, it should render the text created in emacs-ArtistMode nicely. Try copy-pasting what you have in the text-editor, we'll see.
