I don’t think so. Debt it fundamentally a human construct, while growth is, mostly, a manifestation of physical reality. Debt is simply used to guide human collective action. If we find this construct no longer works, we can at will change

Not hi-trust afaik, but they will do hipaa eligible baa with select customers. As sister comment says, it’s easier to go through azure and you get basically the gamut of azure compliance certs for free.

Sentence-Bert is at least as good as OpenAI embeddings. But I think more importantly Azure OpenAI model api is already soc2 and hipaa compliant.

Less about home vs gold plated more of there are different hdmi spec. HDMI 1.0 doesn’t support 4k@60Hz, HDMI 2 does, while hdmi 2.1 is 4k@240 Hz. The port looks the same. I’m sure a home store branded hdmi 2.1 is ok, just have to make sure

It’s easy to make a high tc superconductor have lower tc through poor production quality. It may very well be that a poor sample is 110K while a high quality sample is >400K.

If you believe in efficient market and things being priced in then there is no past price information that can affect future price as future price is entirely martingale. You can’t both believe in technical analysis and in market efficiency
