jenkins-dsl does wonders in this department. When infrastructure-as-code plugin gets stable we'll have a fully immutable Jenkins setup.

They still have their own issues. Blue Ocean requires a lot of stuff I have no need for (like github support) which in some cases conflict with stuff I do need (like bitbucket support)

This type of work is highly atypical. All the scrum ceremonies were designed around fast feedback, if you can't fit it into the work you do then using anything agile-related is not going to work.

The problem probably isn't the time the meeting takes, it's the subsequent discussions about various things brought up during the meeting.

People who hire contractors are usually not developers. I've had my fair bit of working with contractors, let's just say that if you get them to work in domain logic without very strict oversight, you are going to have a bad time.

You are the data controller because you decided that people who visit uour site would also load GA scripts. You decide what is done with their PII. GA is just a data processor.
