there's a (superficially) similar problem in MS SQL Server/Windows Server. You can fix that by setting "lock pages in memory"

I can recommend the book "Moving On", which discusses a participatory economy, which was quite interesting to me personally. although it does (as you would expect) bog down with committees! By the way, the shortest and most succinct laymen'
