I live in a small city and have cycled to school since I was 6 years old. At first with a parent, but from about 9 years old I would cycle by myself. I have never seen anyone wear a helmet in that time.

So bzip2 and bzip3 focus on compressed size, lz4 on compression speed and zstd on decompression speed?

I just found out that `lch()`, `lab()`, `oklch()` and `oklab()` are already supported in Safari (stable)[1]. The normal versions have a white point of 50 and the ok versions have a white point of 65, which is the same as sRGB[2]. [1]: http

At work I use SQLyog, but only for the copy database feature. It is able to copy a database from a server to my laptop much faster than dumping and importing can. Is there any other application that can do this?

Essentially they're moving the compile step of Tailwind to the browser. On each page load. For no benefit.

This is what I thought at first too. But this runs in javascript for some reason. I see no reason for such a thing and the website doesn't explain why either. If you go to the Why page they're only boasting about their syntax.

http://fastly.fdroidgoes.live seems to work better than both Cloudflare links. This is from the same GitLab issue.

I got access to this today. They basically started to recreate Hoppscotch ( https://httpie.io/app ) and then packaged it as an electron app. Hoppscotch has a lot more features though. I still recommend Insomnia or maybe Paw.

Just paying the fine doesn't allow them to keep the status quo. This is a nice article [1] about what the ACM is asking for and why Apple is making an effort to comply. Also, this lawsuit is for dating apps specifically, but should pav

Postgres doesn't have a way to change the order of columns. Of course you could make a view, but my code doesn't use a view and I don't really want to make one just for when I want to check the database.

BLAKE3 is written in Rust wile BLAKE2s is written in C. That is probably a lot easier to push through. It also seems to be almost as fast according to the BLAKE3 specs PDF (page 11). https://github.com/BLAKE3-team/BLAKE

I just checked. On my Windows laptop from work it uses 18.5 MB in the background. It uses 220-240 MB in the foreground though. Which seems totally unnecessary. I already ditched the Toolbox app on macOS, because it marks the binaries as Int

Also make the benchmark code open source, so that we can run it on our own hardware and judge it's relevancy.

I don't think rejecting a comparison with an uncomplete nightly build is unfair. It looks like it was added a little after this issue was closed because the blocker was fixed. Parcel 2 was released as stable yesterday though and Evan h
