Similarly, it's a pain because I found IntelliJ was far better at auto-completing modules across a javascript mono-repo, but the performance was bad that I've switched to VSC despite it generally being worse experience

Nice work! One small suggestion to improve the UI would be to use cursor: col-resize on the edges of the notes to show they are draggable and change the length as the user drags to give visual feedback.

Hobart is somewhat cosmopolitan with a great music and arts scene. Outside of that, every small town is about as bogan as a comparably sized town in rural mainland.

I feel certain domains lend themselves better to visual programming. Reaktor is a great example in the audio space, but I'd hate to use a tool like that to write a csv parser.

One of my favourite podcasts recently went exclusively to Spotify. Despite paying for premium I've stopped listening. The podcast experience is awful on Spotify, by far the worst fault is progress gets forgotten, which is completely un

Within Midi you are limited to 128 notes. Within this range you could certainly produce some interesting chordal effects (one thought would be octaves and fifths phasing in and out). And there are many patches out there to do this sort of t

Started playing around with the VCV Rack SDK, I've made a somewhat functional pitch detection module so you can create V/Oct signal using audio from a real instrument.

One strategy I've seen and used effectively is speaking slowly and quietly, people will be forced to listen carefully to what you are saying and it will bring the energy of the conversation down a notch.

I may be out of the loop but one of the reasons I went with a different library to WDIO was the ability to remotely test any browser without having drivers installed on the device. Has this changed with Selenium?

I'd actually recommend learning digital design first. Go through a course like nand2tetris. If you are writing HDL without a solid idea of what RTL logic you expect to get back you're in for a hard time.

Interesting, flipping Bach's Prelude in C Minor gives it a more major sound. Also inversion is a fairly common technique in writing developments so some fugues will sound quite similar.
