You could use the likes of Tracfone, Total Wireless, or Simple Mobile... but you'd have to provide some identity (whatever you want).

Then route your messages into S3, mount the bucket using s3fs, and point Dovecot at it (Maildir) to enable IMAP. Or just use a MUA that could read a Maildir directly. Going the other way, you could configure Postfix to relay via SES.

The situation is the same with nginx. It's way easier to write a self-signed cert and then overwrite it with LE.

Interesting! Thanks for pointing that out. Though... I think I'd still include the snake oil cert and serve everything over SSL, because it simplifies the configuration.

Just be aware that nginx needs a self-signed certificate in the very beginning, to serve the .well-known/acme-challenge directory. To simplify the initial setup, I include a default "snake oil" certificate, which gets overwri

This is how I automate LE (technically ACME/ZeroSSL) in my Nginx reverse proxy. https://git.inportb.com/jyio/docker-nginx-auto Basically, inotifywait on the config directory and request new certificates as needed.

For a print this size, I wouldn't use resin. I imagine he used FDM. You might want to consider printing food-related items in PLA. The ridges do present a problem, but could be mitigated by sanding or coating (again, food-grade).
