The majority want the bottleneck fixed. "massive freeway expansion" is absurd - it's less than a mile, and isn't adding more lanes than are already on points north and south of it.

This is the point being made by many of us here in Portland when congestion pricing is brought up. It makes vastly less sense here without good public transit, and it will disproportionately affect the working classes. While the wealthy wil

Cigarette smoking is a long-known risk and thus has warning labels on every pack. Of course the RR is higher. Comparing that known large risk factor to make another seem smaller by comparison is at best disingenuous.

I'd love to see Trump's emails. But, very curiously, wikileaks didn't release anything negative about Trump. Only seeing one side's dirty laundry is the problem. Don't kid yourself that only one side had it.

Whenever there's anything negative even possibly associated with cannabis, there are those who must reflexively shoot it down, or minimize it (i.e. your data is wrong, or, if it's not wrong, it's not as bad as alcohol, or if

I have three older MacBooks (all of them several years old) with the ports I need and use (HDMI, Thunderbolt, USB), and zero interest in ever "upgrading." I will just get them fixed as they break. To me Apple really messed up with

I live in Oregon where it's legal, and if reddit posters on /r/portland are any example, legalization doesn't (at least instantaneously) stop this instinctive bias against anything negative. You'll see minimization,
