Yet also a clear sign of ageism. I used to work in my college book store. I was blown away to find out “adults” were paid vastly differently than students. I also learned that age is only a protected class in CA if you’re over 40. https:&#

I wonder if a script could be made that: 1. Adds pragmas around each error to suppress 2. Creates commit 3. Sends to upstream branch for review & triage 4. Bonus if hosted on GitHub, files an issue

you do all your binary arithmetic with “or”, not “and” or “xor”? XOR is certainly less common than the other two but had its place.

Static analyzers existed long before the clang compiler. SAL from Microsoft is used extensively in every codebase I’ve worked with in Windows and it’s amazing, even if you have to get used to macros on all your functions’ parameters. https

[not a doctor] ADHD is frequently comorbid with other issues such as generalized anxiety disorder and bipolar disorder. Some ADHD medications can make these other issues worse, especially GAD. A doctor might need the full picture of behavio

I love the concept. I think the story commingled anxiety and depression. This is common and could have been explained. If you want to know more I recommend learning about (and even taking) the GAD7 and PHQ9 tests for anxiety and depression.

This seems like something that static analysis can correct before the new app is even allowed in the App Store. If you accept a purchase but have no calls the the acknowledgement APIs then bounce with a message. Hell, it could even be a com

Good luck finding those emails. If it’s for a few years in the past it’s probably auto-deleted due to corporate retention policies designed to defend against discovery. When I came back to google I had all my old calendar but none of my ema

Not sure why Ive been downvoted. I’ve used this all the time for demoing projects. It’s like asking for port 0. You don’t get the actual 0.0.0.0 IP address, but you use a physical network instead of the loopback virtual network device. Heck

AFAIK, despite your work contract, CA protects personal projects even done on a company laptop. It just can’t be done on work hours or with a novel tool provided by work. I’m paraphrasing an attorney’s explanations so I can’t cite the code.

Indeed. Traffic served from 0.0.0.0 can be seen from other machines. Traffic on 127.0.0.1 or localhost cannot. Important to know when you’re doing local development vs a local demo.
