Honest question. The UAE is well known for very questionable imported labor. Do you think they or the people who live there care?

The other responder called it out well but to add. Abuse would be anything that disturbs others and out of the norm. Smells, pollution, noise etc. Japanese culture is much more considerate than a lot of western culture because of the social

While size does matter in practical terms when we think of zoning it’s really about noise, smells, pollution etc. So when I say abuse I thinking because of cultural norms and pressure of not standing out there is greater incentive to not di

I also wonder how much the pressure filled culture of not standing out has something to do with this. My impression is Japanese are under a lot more pressure to not abuse the permissiveness of the zoning laws.

Work in a firm similar to yours and we have been going to though the motions of figuring ways for the bullpen to make use of these tools and would love to hear your thoughts if you would be willing to share!

How do you come to that conclusion? It is certainly a luxury that not everyone can afford but for the average consumer in America it’s possible but folks still opt out.

Was revisiting the thought and it’s like the Framework laptop. There is absolutely a market for it but it’s far from the dominant market. Consumers on average simply don’t care.

What’s the value add though? This could be vibe coded out in a couple hours of coding and some more incremental time to process historical filings. And I don’t mean this in a negative way simply that this is just a 30min UI around a 1 hour

Feel free to blame whoever you want. It’s a dance between consumers and business. Sure some markets are heavily influenced by ads or simply what’s in fashion but ultimately it takes two to tango.

Of course, optimal companies maximize for margin. Buyers have their own optimization mental model and maybe is surprising but a vast majority are thinking mostly on cost. Buyers and sellers do a dance and in the perfect long run you hit the

It actually plays a pretty large role in the problem. This is like when people complain about not having enough small cars in America, they simply don’t sell well. Similarly, the average consumer does not want to be doing their own repairs.

Or more likely consumers vote with their dollar and cost matters over quality. PE is just a bad scape goat, there are obvious outliers but largely companies make products that consumers want.

Absolutely this. I am sure there are recorded cases where companies have gone out of their way to make things break early but I think it’s more times than not simply that cost matters and consumers are the voters and for the majority cheap

You are standing on top of an ant hill and I still don’t fully understand your position. The original post was about the premium service Anthropic plans. There is no such thing, you are simply paying for more tokens. Hope that helps.

I guess if you want to go that deep sure they sometimes offer early access, access to new agents/models but ultimately it’s a function of tokens. The selling point for most/all providers is x times the usage. You are upgrading for

Sorry still not sure what you’re going on about . The majority of LLM plans are simply a token purchase. The $200 account buys you nothing but tokens. It’s not a premium service, it’s simply more tokens. This is true for most of the compani

It is not a premium service, it simply is buying you more tokens. Those $200 gives you at least $400 in API cost tokens. Don't confused price with "premium service". It was not that long ago that folks would be spending $100-

You are simply a bit too entitled. It's not a premium product and honestly not that expensive in my opinion either (though that is going to depend on your location). You are more than able to pay for API rates.
