The convertible note insists on a pro rata right on future rounds. Someone who removes that would be offering a slightly better deal. Pro rata rights cause more dilution in later rounds, but they are pretty standard and at seed rounds most

I often start with "did you check out Heyzap" or maybe a one line sentence about Heyzap. It depends on the situation but most investors have at least seen your front page and the team/market help a lot in framing who you are and your idea.

Their is actually a virus scanning app that I installed just to see what it did. I like that is like the desktop and open enough to be abused. I prefer that to approval process based systems.
