Completely agree with you. That is why I didn't put Netflix on the list. I just think they cant own online streaming like they have owned "rentable" DVD subscriptions.

Good point. I kind off broadly classify all javascript only pages as Ajax though its not strictly. I guess with one page only it was probably easier to make the website.

Kongregate's system is not distributed so it doesn't work whereever the SWF is. Also our system ties in to dual currency (points) and Facebook/ Twitter. Kongregate's system is nice though.

In my mind, the issue is more to do with other people getting rich off the back of this authors work while the author gets hardly any thing. So the question is not the value of the book to society, but the percentage of the value the author
