Pretty cool extension. I'll give it a shot at work this week. I do have a question though, what is the difference between the value field and the estimated effort field? Value gets displayed on the card when view the whole board but ef

This would really benefit from some better explanations for some of the questions, for example the "mono syllable name" question. I'm not really sure what it was asking about. And for some of the question number 55 for exampl

There are other costs associated with moving out of RDS. You may spend less on your hosting/storage but you will likely be spending more time on maintenance. You'll now be in charge of executing snapshots and making sure they work

Like I said I've never worked with Node but being explicit seems like a better pattern than having some background async process do it.

I used bitbucket at my last job and it felt like an under-performing Github the whole time. Code reviews were much more painful, the UI was not as intuitive, it's slower and if it has a "search this repo" function I couldn&#x

Because there is a right and wrong answer. There is very little ambiguity, either the algorithm you wrote on the white board will do the the thing in required time/space complexity or it won't. Which makes it easy to ask and easy

If it's for devs just stick a small server and thin HTML front end in a Docker container. Or just give them a CLI, I prefer CLI's over a GUI most times anyway.

Why not Linux? I would prefer Linux over OSX completely. IMO OSX is much better than Windows for dev work and it's still terrible.

IMO the work experience is probably more valuable, especially from one of the big 4. I've definitely worked with people whose only qualification seemed to be they worked at one of them.

Totally, I've been working through this one and it's 100% worth it: https://reactforbeginners.com/ Having someone experienced explain not only what to do but what _not_ to do is extremely valuable.
