The uk has both, so it depends. There is going to be more of this though. In London you really have to force your way out at junctions. This is not legal, but without it a waymon might never make progress. I don’t see this being solved. It

Periodic reminder to the Americans.. Self driving cars are only safer than regular cars in the US because your standards of driving are so bad. It’s very unlikely to be the case in the UK.

We had a token portion for the grade from coursework. Eg 10%. Its enough to force you to do it, but not enough to influence the grade too much.

In the Uk we have two exam papers that make up the age 16 mathematics exam. In one you use a calculator and one your don’t. You need to be able to do both things. We don’t need to make it a choice.
