It does run on arm64, I am currently running a forge server with a few mods on this exact setup. It's just for a few friends, I don't think we've had more than 5 or 6 on at a time but it seems to be performant enough. It'

I've never seen fizzbuzz defined in such a way that zero or negative numbers are part of the problem. Typically it is a counting game, starting at 1 and going up to some arbitrary value.

Wine is not an emulator, it is a compatibility layer for Windows system calls on a Unix-like platform. If something runs on wine, the performance overhead should be unnoticeable/very small for the typical user.

Presumably the lisp-like syntax and immutable variables by default. Lua has some functional features, but it isn't a primarily functional language like this.
