this always helped me. I read this somewhere. So, you start fully relaxing your body head to toe. you have to feel your body sinking into the bed and fully relax all your muscles by individually feeling each muscle from head to toe individu

One thing that helped me is to start thinking in English. English is not my first language either. I noticed I dont have conversation fillers like "like" anymore for pauses.

I would recommend thinkpads. You can find reasonably specked thinkpad on ebay.

We use lambda in our production environment for ETL. It works really well. In our case when we were using it, we modeled the code to account for 15 minute window. Hope that helps.

I have been working at the same company for the past two and half years. For me, I enjoy spending time with my co-workers and you can always find interesting problems to solve if you look hard enough. I am sorry you feel like you are stuck

You are right, I totally understand that. The OP is depressed about not being able to solve medium problems. In that case it is better to avoid the rat race and try and becoming a better engineer is the best option.

Solving stupid leet code problems doesn't make you a better engineer. Try putting more effort in learning best engineering practices, read books, blog posts and try to implement them in your current job. Don't over think about com

I too feel like this sometimes. I like to think death is just going to sleep from which you will never wake up. It makes it kind of a little bit easy to imagine it that way. This article helped me a lot to avoid this kind of thinking. http
