Looks like pictures taken in Kruger National Park or elsewhere in the northeast of South Africa. Don't expect giraffes in Cape Town or the garden route.

We are a couple living in Cape Town. For the past 6 months we've been averaging 60 litres per person per day, with a downward trend. We don't have a swimming pool. We don't water the garden or lawn. It looks hideous, but thos

I'm not entirely convinced that it is due to malice. Keep in mind that the Department of Water and Sanitation has been declared bankrupt, so I think it's mostly incompetence. http://ewn.co.za/2017/02/12&#

To answer your question, I haven't met anyone in Cape Town who takes a WC secession seriously. There is a very small political party that advocates for it, be its treated as one of the joke parties.

South African table grapes are mostly farmed in... (wait for it).. a desert, in the Northern Cape, but water is ample from the Orange River that runs through it. Cape Town is some distance from that area, though.

The init.js file is huge and I suspect they don't cache it server side. I wrote an alternative version which loads faster, but the interesting data (water usage) is obviously available only from the City of Cape Town's server and

The article is confusing. It states that the "errant employee actually was working with a drop-down menu on a computer program". But the photo is clearly of a list of normal "a href" elements. I'm asking, because if

To use WhatsApp Web, your actual mobile device still needs to be connected. If I completely disconnect my phone, e.g. put it in airplane mode, I get this on WhatsApp web: Phone not connected. Make sure your phone has an active Internet conn

It's probably wrong to reduce a person's success to one measure. He obviously had his failures, but his contributions to Zimbabwe's healthcare and education systems are what I remember and is why I called him a good leader ea

And initially he was a very good leader. But lately, if you listen to his speeches, he is downright senile. And he can hardly walk on his own. That's why the general convention of serving a maximum of 2 or 3 terms is so important.

http://github.com/ClosedXML/ClosedXML is a wrapper around OpenXML and attempts to fill that gap. It has partial support of Excel formula evaluation. Disclaimer: I'm a current ClosedXML contributor.

Which C# libraries were used in comparison? The 2 I know of, EPPlus and ClosedXML, do much more than just read cell values, so it's unfair to compare against those. For example the additional complexity of handling styles adds overhead

One-person-one-vote is a terrible system, with the only advantage of it being simple and easy to understand, which was important when votes could be counted only by hand. CGP Grey has made an excellent and well known video series explaining

I accept that this is a superior voting system to one-person-one-vote. However, for it to succeed, it should not merely be superior, it should also appear superior. The trust the voters put into the system is paramount. And for that to be t
