design wise it is always a good product - but feature wise ipods just cant copy - if u look around there are many mp3 that have good design and tons of features .... u dont need to be blind folded by marketing.

its a good idea - u can either make mobile app or on gps navigator or even with GM OnStar service ... one can also make an app to send automatic sms text message on your cell phone.

it could be interesting proposition if founders know how much to value, if they have an experience mentor then they can calculate all kinds of permutation combination. Sometime it is better to keep the control and give away stake and vice-v
