I got my first paid programming job when I was 18, and I knew that I was way out of my element. So I knuckled down and worked my ass off to try to figure out what I didn't know, and how I could get better. I'd change jobs every so often t

This is getting ridiculous. These guys were busy launching a product, not trying to write a balanced comparison of the pros and cons of every evented framework out there. Node worked better for them, what's the problem?

I'm doing this right now. The best advice I have is: Know what your costs are, and know how to make enough money to cover them. Savings will last a finite amount of time, so you need to figure out how to replenish in order to give yourself
