Hmm, this is pretty much getting into impulse buy territory (for a 3D printer), and it even helps with my #1 problem justifying getting one which was that I haven't really learned any 3D modeling, by being capable of scanning (though I

By engineers, for engineers, I might add. No offense, but most writers on tech sites tend to be writers who are interested in technology, whereas AnandTech is full of engineers who are interested in dissecting and explaining technology. Not

Hmm, I've noticed this on the Raspberry Pi, but I'm curious, do you know if this is a problem for desktop PCs as well? I recently built a mini-ITX PC sort of for fun as a change of pace and then realized that the apartment where I

Holy crap, I played Desolate, that game was seriously amazing for a calculator. The graphics rivaled the original Game Boy (a decade later, but still). It was seriously smooth and well made.

Apparently this instructor was actually quite good in the past, I think this is just a really misguided attempt to make the class smaller because they don't have enough instructional staff. I feel like the only possible outcome is that

FWIW I tried the Truly Ergonomic Keyboard, which is similar to the Kinesis in that it has the keys in straight columns, and I found no discernible benefit. In fact, I ended up going back to my MS Natural 4000 and returning the TEK because e

Interestingly, you can actually connect the Palm Touchstone coils to some newer phones that have the right connections on the back and use a Touchstone for inductive charging - I did it with my Galaxy S3 for a while, it's a pretty simp

At least several years ago, Charlie had a really strong anti nVidia bias, and the site seemed like an average hardware enthusiast blog so it wasn't worth reading. Just checked it now and it seems pretty in depth now, though the nVidia

The point of the app that got broken was to play media directly from your phone. The way Koush describes the breakage makes it sound pretty intentional to me. It makes sense why they did it though, and even if it's limited to Youtube a
