Probably. But then there is shipping. If I may stray a bit. The price to ship a small package from Adafruit to a place less than 10 miles cost me around $10.00 - 4 days tops. I can make a similar purchase for a Chinese spoofed version and h

Absolutely true. Perhaps we are not showing the videos and links to the right generation. From time to time I would show my kids what it takes to get that iPhone. The one covered in blings and awaiting its almost-annual upgrade...as grim as

I love it! It's an interesting concept to build on. Battery is always a bummer...weight or run-time.

Tip of my hat to Amazon. It's time someone with balls and money stand up to UPS and FedEX. I've seen first hand what these folks do to small and midsize business. $7-$12 address correction fees (these fkrs force you to use their a

Wow! You just made my weekend. Some projects take time and to see you do this from start to end is inspiring to me. I have some projects sitting for months and find it hard, sometimes, to just get them done.

Never heard of mapzen until this post. Looks pretty cool. I am always skeptical of the lifetime of these service providers. I've seen quite a few come and go...and spent countless hours adopting replacement.

I agree with @dogma1138. This device isn't for people who are paranoid about security. I am in NYC. They made attempt on my premises 4 times. These mofos came in broad daylight. I got cameras and sensors everywhere plus alarm service.

Let us, the average intelligence, start building even better flat screens and HE systems so in the near future we can sit back and watch the battle between AI (robotics) and MI (modified intelligence).

Cool! I've worked with similar technologies in the past. Most common issues are with peripherals and web browsing (sticky frames) in enterprise environments. Ncomputing came closest to what I was looking for. Integrates perfectly with
