Thanks for those details, it makes more sense. People usually talk about the cost, which I don't buy – it's worth $10/unit, and these aren't super-low-cost units anyway. And in this case consumers of the Rex aren'

I always wonder with these boards why wifi isn't just built-in. It seems like a delightfully simpler interface than any wire, and means the base system can integrate with anything else over the network. Sure you can always add wifi,

It's not clear to me that Guido actually wants to spend more than 50% of his time on Python. Stuff like the async stuff he's bringing into Python come from his time spent developing things with Python during the other 50%. Also, i

It's unclear how accurate this is. I searched my area for a random item (something respiratory) and there was one hospital that was $10k and another that was $30k. The $30k hospital probably has inflated prices, but not by 3x – it&#x

If it was just some additional characters like ñ (which is considered a letter of its own, not an accented n) then it wouldn't be a big deal – but e and é are the same letter with different accents, which adds some subtlety that Englis

Yeah, a constructor would largely handle that. And if you use a closure/module pattern, you could put a little "console = window.console.stream('moduleName')" at the top of the module as a quick way to customize th

I do wish there was something akin to S3 to allow for larger amounts of storage, without necessarily being bundled in complete package that gets upgraded together (and there would be no SSD required). Obviously using S3 is still an option,
