Can you recommend a tutorial that uses idiomatic Emacs Lisp and covers both "why" and "how" of Emacs Lisp at a level appropriate for someone who's used CL and Emacs a lot but has never noticed that he needs ELisp?

I find it incredibly sad that the only way to make people care about the destruction of wild bees is to talk about how much economic benefit they provide.

As longtime Prime member and a resident of a metro area that doesn't make the cut (and is almost certainly not in the next round), I can't help feeling like I'm subsidizing this service for those who live in the right place.

Fellow introvert here. I find that on days I go to the office, I am just done dealing with humanity long before the end of the day. All of my energy and will to socialize is drained from me, and it's wasted on largely meaningless int

My problem with the PATRIOT Act and with this (USA Freedom Act) is that the name is completely uninformative and seems designed only to get acceptance from people who have no idea what it is. Why not call it the USA Less Spying Act?
