Whiteboards - I still find that no software can beat a room of people and a shared whiteboard for talking through certain things. It’s such a simple yet effective tool for so many things.

Generally I would agree that the better IT professionals are often less social, nature or nurture I wouldn’t like to guess though. I also don’t think it’s limited to our industry, I’ve seen it across most or all that I’ve worked in so far.

The 10% is based around the assets they think might be recoverable if you default - So it’s fair for them to consider all the other companies/debt which will be fighting for a slice of that pie in a default scenario.

Start networking if your not already, and talking to your existing contacts - Consultancy opportunities more often than not come from your immediate network of people, certainly in the short term.

We heavily use Grafana - It's not limited to 5 seconds that's just the default they ship it with, edit the template from the UI and it does 1 second without any issues.
