I agree, but it's often too easy to just add another variable in your controller then modify the view, and now there's undocumented functionality. IMO the full separation is more helpful to stay DRY.

While I don't think client side apps are the only way of doing things, I will say that I think client side apps will become much more popular once browsers get a little better. I love the separation of concerns that is possible with JS

I love the messages we sent in Voyager 1 and 2 - they were quite capable of explaining our methods of communication.

I imagine it being more like Papi/Doodle Jump, but with constant upwards velocity, and perhaps some instability in moving left and right to dodge objects.

I can't speak for them, but it seems like their icon set at least supports Android - perhaps the UI is just ultra flat, which you perceive to be an iOS trait?

They've also got the Ionic framework icons available as a standalone download at http://ionicons.com - I use these frequently.

I dunno, I kinda like this. Of course it's not blocking serious hackers, that's not the point. I'm guessing this feature is disabled for the same reason Facebook is disabling it - to prevent self XSS (people copy/pasting

I like this, but just to play devil's advocate: What if I don't know how to use the site? Or worse, if I'm immediately turned off by anything that looks complicated. Perhaps it could default to a regular site, and this could

You SHOULD doubt it, last I checked their licensing was really shady. I'd stay away from Titanium for commercial products.

Now, I don't speak Russian - but I'm pretty sure these photos of Moscow have nothing to do with hacking, technology, programming or even news. I think a place like /r/pics over on Reddit would be a place where these woul

I face a similar issue going forward. I think http://prerender.io has been posted to HN before - seems to be a pretty reasonable plug and play solution.

I don't have a problem with the concept if the fact that I have to scroll is obvious. I opened that page, read the title and "What am I doing here again?" I'm on a Mac so there's no scrollbars. Do you just want me t

Man I really hate when the creator of the site expects me to scroll down. I have a 1080p monitor, if I can't see any content at that height I have to assume there isn't any.
