I know it's not specific to Stripe, but it seems there are products out there like ChargeBee that cover a lot of the use case.

That was some time ago now, but I remember it. Specifically because I wrote some scripts to just continuously ask for garbage domains, thousands per day.

2015 MacBook Pro Retina. I'd love a new machine but every MBP made by Apple since 2015 has been an absolute sack of shit. I'm guessing I'll just cling on to this one until it dies, then buy another reconditioned 2015 model fr

I'm a full time DevOps engineer and would consider myself highly technical. I'd never do what you described because looking at the list of steps gave me a headache. My solution: Download torrents, SCP them to my Plex box, done.

I'm DevOps. I travel to data centres, meetings, India, London, etc - it's handy to have my exact machine with me at all times. My desk at work replicates my desk at home, twin monitors on an arm setup, where my laptop sits central

It depends what your end goal is. To me, Anarchy reminds me of something like Brainfuck - a hobby project that'll never see serious use. If that's your end goal, call it what you want as there'll never be that many users anyw

You haven't stated why you need a good alternative? I recently integrated Confluence at my company and it's one of the most popular things I've ever done, it's transformed our department.

Confluence isn't complex at all. My company has an antiquated piece-of-shit knowledge system that's been doing nothing but causing headaches and issues for the last 5 years. The company wouldn't let us investigate a new syste

Nice product! Could I ask what tech you're using for the graph data? I'm working on a similar SaaS (not analytics) which requires graphs. I'm a DevOps engineer for an ISP, and I do a lot of work with things like Graphite&#x2F

GDPR bores the hole off of me so I haven't done much reading, but I do remember a court dismissing a piracy case recently because 'IP addresses alone are not enough to identify an individual' - how would this play in to this

This article, and the one it references about AMP, all throw the word 'force' around a lot. No one is 'forcing' you to do anything with your website, wanting to be top of Google SERP is optional.

I'm amazed something this poorly thought out is about to be 'signed off'. I foresee shrinking catalogues and a massive increase in piracy. Go EU!

    by iDemonix 8y ago

The EU make a lot of stupid decisions, this is definitely one of them. All that happen is streaming providers will just shrink the catalogues massively for non-US customers. 30% is easy to achieve when the subscribers only get about 50 item

I use a MacBook Pro Retina 13" Early 2015, and it's amazing. I hope it lasts forever. I've tried a friends new MBP and I can't stand the keyboard, or the dongles. When I sit at my work desk, I have 2x DisplayPorts to my
