I sometimes write down notes in my reMarkable notebook (and sometimes just paper as well) as interim storage, but then transfer the notes to Obsidian when I have more time available to me. All the different syncing tools help as well.

The parent comment was a suggestion for an iOS alternative. Why did you feel the urge to push unsolicited advice? I honestly don’t get it.

I wonder if Obsidian, with ChatGPT API attached to it can achieve the same goal. Sure, metadata and folders and stuff will have to be set up properly, but you control the data at the end of the day.

The moment games either natively support linux or Proton becomes less of a hassle to use, I'm dropping Windows entirely. Until then, running a de-shittified Windows 10.

BlockBear is so outdated (last update was 5 years ago) that I have no idea how it can be recommended. I personally use AdGuard in combination with Ghostery (but I also run PiHole, which I’m connected to all the time).

As an interim solution, I just wish everyone with a stand-alone app that runs on Electron would let me open it as a tab (E.g Morgen), even though more often than not, the team behind app X would also nerf it's usability if run in a tab

Is it just me or does the website not display correctly on mobile Safari? Looks like the background is overlaying the content.

This didn't age well now, did it? I myself was quite hesitant about touchscreens back in the day, when I was debating whether I should buy myself a Motorola Milestone (Android 2.1) after seeing a HTC Dream at work, or whether to get a

Could you elaborate as to why? I’ve used to program in PHP and have moved (since I forgot most of PHP) to Python and I don’t get why people are displeased by it.

It’s as if this man child is on a personal vendetta to destroy and deform Twitter after they “made him” follow through with the purchase of Twitter. This, together with the Reddit debacle and the whole Threads privacy thing really puts a sp
