I’m all team America now. Having a lot of our chips made in a factory on the other side of the world is appalling and hugely distressing.

The onus for regulating this should not fall on parents. That’s millions of relationship ruining fights across the country that shouldn’t happen. The parents should be able to say it’s illegal and leave it at that. Obviously this is a subje

Anyone under 18 should not be allowed on social media. I would even take it a step further and say no smart phones till you’re an adult at 18.

Well people don’t pay and websites have bills to pay. Sure many of them want to put out good content but they need to pay the bills to keep doing that. It really is a perfect usecase for crypto currency if they could manage the throughput

Sounds like it would have the same problems during refactoring if many different entities relied on the same data. You would have to make sure none of the entities’ behavior changes when you’re modifying your data. It also sounds very verbo

Because the dogs we made aren’t naturally selected. We heavily selectively bred for many superficial phenotypes so it’s not strange to see side effects like this.

Yeah, but you have to still work the land and survive off of what it gives you. It’s not a comfortable retirement. Cops today on the other hand have it really good, they work for 20 years and then they get a pension for the rest of their li

Yeah, but this is a system that actually gives you what you want if you ask it in natural language. Why introduce a bunch of programmatic cruft into it when that is exactly what it is built to solve.

A lot of very varied things so it’s hard to remember. Yesterday I used it extensively to determine what I need to buy for a chicken coop. Calculating the volume of concrete and cinder blocks needed, the type and number of bags of concrete I

I got that feeling in Europe in general. I had no idea how these countries were paying for all the nice things they have. I just assumed it was some long tail consequence of colonialism that keeps bringing in revenue somehow or “money makes

I don’t know what you’re talking about. I use chatGPT extensively. Probably more than 50 times a day. I am extremely excited for anything that can top the already amazing thing we have now. They have a massive paying customer base.

It would be fantastic to put a bunch of different LLMs in a game map with “senses” fulfilled by multimodal inputs and agency to carry out actions within the game’s universe. With a goal such as make the most money or rule the most kingdoms,

Having visited your country, your lifestyle and quality of living is so much better than a “middle class and below” standard of living in the US. I don’t think you want to give up what you have for what we have unless you’re pretty rich.

Urban areas in the US by definition means not just the downtown but all the surrounding suburbs and rural buffers. You definitely need the freeway to get downtown in most cases.

There’s nothing creepy about most relationships. Most of the world had women getting married at 14. We just put a stop to it because we don’t like the power imbalance but there’s nothing inherently wrong with it.

You answered your own question. The taxpayer already pays the same amount for lifetime treatment. This is just going to be the same except the person can lead a completely normal life after this. Also over time this will probably be much, m
