Gee, a rebuttal would be nice. Anyone care to explain why you can’t possibly fathom that this could just be true?

I think the Chinese Communist Party and Chinese industry in general was built up by the global elites, not by a bunch of Chinese farmers. They want China to be the model for the eventual one-world government that they’re playing towards. Yo

Before you give up, try living for others to ease their pain. Even simple things can help, such as holding a door open for people. Older people need a lot of help. Your physical vehicle of consciousness gives you opportunities that you ju

I have pretty strong opinions that never get to the top, such as "Apple tech is mostly gimmicky, trendy garbage whereas Microsoft tech is mostly the best mix of freedom, flexibility and quality". Probably even just using that as m

VS proper isn’t that slow. It opens just as fast as Code does on my machine. I think you see performance penalties in VS when you add things like Resharper.

Sounds like there might be something seriously wrong with your computer, your device, network or your browser then. What’s your set up? I just looked at it on like four different devices and didn’t have any problem. It works perfectly for

Well, sorry but you're wrong about React. You haven't shown any evidence that these things are related to React at all. Here's some counter-evidence though - https://reactjs.org - that site is built with React and

And then yesterday we got an article called “Microsoft Office rewrite in React.js nears completion” qouting a tweet that said “All of Office 365 is (almost finished) being completely rewritten in this little scripting language called #JavaS

I downloaded a 50 MB CSV file full of russian tweets from NBC [1] in response to your challenge and VSCode opened it nearly instantly (~2 seconds) on my self-built Windows 10 PC with an i5-4690 CPU @ 3.50 GHz with 2 other instances of VSCod

I think the more salient point here is that React-the-ecosystem is just the JavaScript ecosystem. There were very few packages mentioned that are strictly only useful with React.

I don't believe that you've had to argue this far to defend your point. Treating others as you would like to be treated is the golden rule of society. When I play games like Rocket League, a game where you depend on your teammates

Can you request multiple heterogeneous result-sets from PG now, with something that looks like a stored procedure? I'd love to see what that looks like. In SQL Server it's as easy as putting 2 SELECT statements in the same procedu

I think it would have been even faster if they'd test with SQL Server because you can do things with SQL Server that you simply cannot do in PG such as stored procedures that return multiple resultsets, which saves a ton of round-trips
