I think that they probably won't be minimum wage jobs. However, as more people become interested in software engineering and AI helps make basic tasks easier, the pay for these jobs will vary a lot. Ultimately, I expect this variation

Thank you for your reply and for breaking down how identity worked. It makes perfect sense now. The idea of having no user tracking also aligns brilliantly with the ethos of a truly P2P application. I'm right there with you, hoping to

That's really cool—big props to you! Really dig being able to effortlessly create and share graphical P2P apps with others. I'm keen to test this with others and dive deeper. The docs were a bit vague on what 'identity'

I can't speak for Rust+Wasm, but I would assume that web applications might face performance issues. Additionally, there could be WebRTC blocking by some ISPs, potentially leading to a less consistent user experience.

Genuine curiosity: What's the issue with a company being backed by Tether? I understand that, as it stands today, Holepunch appears to be operated or contributed to by several staff members from Bitfinex and Tether. However, if Holepun

I've been following Holepunch developments for a while. There does not seem too much publicly available about who's building with it, but I personally regularly use Holepunch's Keet[1] for video calls with friends in parts of

Great job! I played around with this on a couple of small knowledge bases using an open Hermes model I had downloaded. The “related notes” feature didn't provide much value in my experience, often the link was so weak it was nonsensica

This opinion is significantly undervalued. It appears that individuals often invest far more diligence and scrutiny in choosing cars, electronics, partners, and properties than they do in selecting a co-founder.

Hey there! Loved your piece, really engaging stuff. On context — When using openers at events, I reckon “What do you do?” is spot on for work or hobby related meetups. It's a quick way to suss out how deep to dive into a topic, dependi

Interesting they mention that fidget toys are a management strategy or 'environmental modification' for vocal stimming. I've always thought of them as a gimmick.
