Oh it was a complete rip off. It was apparently the luxury end of things but they put us in the “overflow” block. Catering was included in that price. It was renewed every 3 months so we moved into a 4 bed house which we rented for £400pcm

Sounds like my student accommodation 25 years ago. We had human shit flowing down the hall on numerous occasions, the rooms were so small you could only lie down in one axis and the refectory food put people in hospital and wasn't even

That sort of nailed it from my understanding as well. Also, and apologies for the cynicism, a lot of the current DSLR following is another rich person's hobby which never produces anything other than 4TB of stuff in a Lightroom DB th

I use my Swiss army knife regularly, as alluded to elsewhere in this thread. It has supplanted a few other tools in an effort to minimise the amount of crap I have. The one I own is 20 years older than me and is a hand me down from my fathe

I didn't notice how big my 13 pro (not max) was until I got my old 6s out. But quite frankly after taking some photos with it, I don't care now. Quick snap at London Bridge station: https://imgur.com/ykYyOh1

I’ve got a Swiss Army knife that’s twenty years older than me. Does the job well and many other ones too and will outlive me no doubt. As for fancy contraptions, these can be avoided by drinking the whole bottle when you open it, preferably

They’re incremental upgrades. Why does everyone complain about this? If they let them rot for 5 years everyone would complain too. I bought a series 7 watch because my series 5 AppleCare ran out, not because it was gloriously a million time

Probably wouldn’t work in the end described. The only way to get it in would be to get the maintainers to accept the patch, then wait for redhat to pull it in, then wait for a stable OS release, then wait for the IT guys to approve that rel

I wouldn’t think too far into this. All that is required is the application of experience and appropriate cynicism. The tech isn’t even relevant and neither is the reality. web3 is a marketing term and is easy to leverage hype on as it imp
