Even so, raising the barrier of entry to this data will prevent some people from casually looking up their peers. It's worth doing.

What are you worried about here? Further breaches? If you've changed your password, there's not much more you can do. Getting a new email address doesn't make you more secure. If you're trying to conceal the fact that yo

I thought it was one of the more interesting parts of the article! Deploying a multi-week dose of anything in a single pill seems like a fantastic tool.

The problem with this feature is that it depends on hidden UI state. With the "last used" behavior there's no way at a glance to know which tab will be activated when pressing ctrl-tab, so you either have to maintain the stat

The examples are pretty, but all of them are basically just population density maps[1]. I'm not sure what additional understanding I can take away from the examples. [1] https://xkcd.com/1138/

I have a double din mount and was looking at the Pioneer AVH-4200NEX. Apparently some time in the next month or two the Sony XAV-AX100 should be released, which is also appealing. Is either one worth the $500+ price tag? Still not sure.

Honestly it would take that level of visual fidelity and environmental awareness for the leap to live up to the hype and expectations.

Was planning to buy an Android Auto-based head unit next month. Guess I'll give this a try first! The one other thing I need is integration with a backup camera...

I wouldn't be surprised if a 500APM player is making closer to 100 meaningful actions per minute. It looks like most of the actions are spam that may register on the APM meter but not affect the outcome of the game. An AI limited to ev

Don't forget that the LastPass chrome extension has been tricked in the past to extract passwords from arbitrary domains. It's still important to use your brain when clicking links and invoking LastPass's autofill functions.

I get notifications about that from Facebook sometimes. It is a bit unnerving to hear that someone is attempting to repeatedly log in with my email address, but it certainly prompts me to make sure my accounts are locked down well.

I think display placement is much more important than size. Using a phone for nav that's sitting in your cupholder is terribly dangerous, but using one clipped to your dash inside your field of view seems okay.
