I looked at your product, very interesting indeed. I think you made the correct decision. Is it possible to negotiate a bulk discount for patients with chronic illness. These people need to repeat these tests almost weekly.

Yes, AirWatch was bootstrapped and was founded in 2004. They raised a huge round 200 m in 2013 I believe. IT was sold to Vmware for 1.6 B dollars.

Find customers first, atleast 10 paying ones. These customers should be non related (no family, friends, close contacts). Then you can declare some sort of product market fit. Depending on your market, this could take anywhere between 3 mon

I would advise you to start investing if you haven't already done so. Keep things simple to start with. Invest in index ETFs (similar to VTI in the US) and make sure you diversify enough. Keep some money aside for "risky" inv

I actually have an idea of indoor robotic drones inside fulfillment ware houses, that can automatically pick items as orders arrive (like Kiva systems, but with drones). These drones will need capability of carrying couple of pounds.

ya my bad, its parole. Also, you might not have to renew yearly. USCIS might give the applicant 2 year EAD/AP combo card instead of the yearly paper AP.

Technically speaking H1b process and green card are two separate things. A company can sponsor for green card without sponsoring H1b. But, this is how the process typically works, Step 1) Company sponsors H1b Step 2) Employee works at the c

My gut feeling is that, bitcoin usage will take off in other use cases, maybe like digital transactions or restricting the use of money for certain things (like color coins).

Hello, I am involved with a company that deals with micro rewards. I am trying to get more info from my co founder who actually deals with it. I am guessing you are based in ATL. Email or tweet me. I am following you.

"and if he switches jobs the green card process has to start over." This is incorrect. You retain your place in the GC queue if your i-140 is applied and approved. You just have to port your i-140 .

This is great service! I think you can simplify the process further for buyers. Maybe you can schedule group of car viewings on weekend, say in parking lots of local mechanics (autozone, etc etc) . This way buyers won't have to schedul

How do you plan to prevent event organizer churn? Since each event's data like scheduling, speaker list, sessions change from year to year, there is no real incentive for organizers to keep coming back to your platform.

A minor correction, if you are married, your spouse cannot work if they hold a H-4 visa. They are allowed to work if someone is willing to sponsor their H1B, L1. They are also allowed to work on F1-Visa, using OPT/CPT.

Oops, good question. You port your priority date not your i-140. The new employer still needs to apply for a new i-140 with your previous PD. This way you don't lose your place in the queue.

Your statement " So every time you switch companies, you're starting the clock over again." is incorrect. After your i-140 is cleared and you have received your priority date you can port your i-140 and retain your priority d

I am curious about this too. Though B1/2 may seem appropriate for YC, I am not sure how they get around the fact that you are not supposed to "work" for any employer.

I think this is a really bad idea and I am not entirely sure if its legal. People who need a visa sponsorship are not allowed to work for other employers except their sponsoring employer. So your "trial" week idea, while legal, is

Exactly you do not need a Visa to be in status. Another example of valid status without the need of visa is I-485 pending status. Lots of people who have applied for i-145 ( adjustment of status from non immigrant to immigrant) are legally
