The title is utterly unparseable to me. What's the subject of the sentence?

The term "capacity factor" should generally always be used for that concept, because "efficiency" has its own, different, meaning for power plants.

How do you know whether the people being mocked genuinely enjoy it or the culture requires them to appear like they enjoy it?

No, I don't think ability to banter has any relationship with ability to properly handle those risky situations. There's zero intrinsic reason why someone who freezes when insulted must also freeze if a bay crane lift starts going

Yep! Although when it comes time to book I'd recommend the Android app because that experience is better (less login jank). It'd be nice if we had something that showed a calendar with prices for each box airline style, though. So

After a little playing around (prices vary per day of week & how many months in advance) I found $1049 (for a private room still), 81h, departs 20250417. Of course you could also tough it out in coach, in which case I found $198 (!), 85

Interesting, I would've thought that to be impossible. Would you happen to have any places I can learn more about tools that can do that?

I looked into MISRA specifically for my previous job and Rust effectively complies with most of it out of the box, and what's left is either inapplicable or not difficult to catch with further tooling.

Wouldn't the crossings themselves be safer because the cars are coming from fewer directions? I'd rather have four crossings, each with only one direction to look in, than two where I have to scan a whole intersection.

Just curious, "Delivery" doesn't seem to be the same sort of thing as "Spam" and "Abuse": why are the three grouped?

I take issue with the framing implied by the word "independent". Is NIST supposed to be in collaboration with whoever "really" did it?

I do not doubt the academic credentials of anyone involved, and I'm sure they earned them fairly, but that doesn't influence my view of their report. If we're talking about the background of the report, I need go no further t

A website claiming to tell the truth about why one of the World Trade Center buildings collapsed doesn't sound like the best source to prove how NIST was wrong, due to the historical accuracy of such websites. I admittedly don't h

"known to" isn't patronizing; it indicates jargon, and in this case likely indicates a scientific term used in those studies. I agree that it would've been nice to link to the studies.
