Instagram presumably isn't controlled by an expansionist imperial power in Nepal's backyard.

This makes no sense whatsoever. What possible mechanism do you propose for the fungi to detect and act on such low-power microwave emissions?

>according to the expectations set before the launch None of those were set expectations for a successful test. Why are people this resistant to understanding it was the very first test of a completely new and revolutionary rocket.

Yes, it's called "testing". Try appreciating that it's usually not medialized.

This is much more about exploration than whatever technologically obsolete moribund project NASA is able to push through porkbarrelling process at the expense of a dozen more worthy ones.

All of the orbits. I would rather have a Kessler syndrome around Mars than not.

The problem is that the pedagogy, as in, the best most effective way to teach people things, should improve massively in 70 years. Whether it actually does, that is another question.

I really dislike base-10 tricks. They are just cute, rarely have any deeper significance.

Highly ephemeral. I'm sure you could see any combination of protons and neutrons if you can measure arbitrarily short enough lifetimes.

Python is made for cobbling together things with string and ducktape, for users who would do such a thing. Any change, however good and trivial will have them paralyzed, gnashing their teeth.

Why is everyone piling on CD Projekt, they just had a massive growth after W3 they didn't manage quite right, along with perhaps overcommitting to C2077. I'm allergic to it, is there any evidence of "messy toxic crunch"

I've recently found out String Theory got so big partially because Calabi-Yau manifolds have some neat, mathematically tractable properties. (The one I somewhat understand is, being manifolds, they are locally smooth everywhere, which.

Starlink satellites are not in an orbit where Kessler is a problem. Even if they all broke up, the debris would just get dragged down into the atmosphere fast.
