That is $2B in investable capital. This is much different than a company's market cap and is on the larger side for a venture fund. A company worth a $2B does not have $2B in the bank.

I'd really like this to be real. I think they need to precisely measure the mass of the whole device before and after the experiment, to make sure the thrust isn't coming from ionization or some decay.

I find these network visualizations nice to look at, but not all that insightful. They're generally hard to read and track relations outside of the main clusters. Am I missing something?

Modifying the reward structure changes the economics of the currency. They are following the incentive structure outlined by the currency's creators. I'm not sure this would be considered cheating...
