So I've been googling around and I think I've got most of the pieces of this puzzle figured out (_why was a great, eccentric developer, he disappeared and commited info-suicide). But what I don't get is why the author of this article waited

Couldn't read the article since the 'sharing' pane blocks the left ~15% of the text on mobile.

So I think this is an example of RapGenius trying to break away from the 'lyrics' website image and moving in to the 'annotate everything' domain, but I just don't get what's going on here. This happened before with the whole Heroku(?) thin

- I can't find any relevant information on the "O2 was really just Apple as MVNO" bit from the article - I have never heard this and if it's true I'd live to read more - Apple didnt just create the Micro-SIM to lock you in to the iPhone 4 -

The difficult part about reading this thread was having to ask, after every point, "well, then what?" Out computer verbs are based off of (admittedly, maybe outdated) similar verbs. Our electronic work mirrors our physical work solely becau

Great premise, horrid post. True: Much hasn't been said about Google's acquisition of Milk and talent-capture. The Internet isn't entirely certain Rose is everything he's made out to be, and people often bring up the fact that he outsourced

I started using Dvorak in November. At work we have shared computers, so I don't get to be exclusively QWERTY or Dvorak. In a way it's like becoming bilingual, what with all the mental code-switching. It's extremely frustrating, but once th

Wonderful experiment. Bookmarked. Will be using for the next few days; have fun A/B testing. -You're probably trying to differentiate from the original HN but I'd prefer to maintain the HN orange theme if possible.

It's interesting to revisit Pac-Man so many years later. As a kid, it was always just a game with unpredictable behavior, incomprehensible in its abstractness. Dissecting it now and providing concrete detail to every movement feels like one
