A 44 minute powerpoint on why OOP is bad? Please refactor into separate self-contained and neatly presented topics each with their own methods for breaking down this argument.

In most cases marital assets are split evenly, including future social security payments to the non-working spouse. Permanent alimony creates an extreme burden because it is not sensitive to changes in the primary earner's circumstance

Somewhat off-topic, but here's how it works today: For a long term marriage in which one spouse never worked, that spouse will likely receive spousal maintenance (alimony) calculated based on the last four years of income from the earn

I am like you. For me, the solution has been build something and show it off. Building a great and useful app rarely requires Herculean feats of logic and puzzle solving.

It would be nice to see an analysis of the cost to build over time. Obviously, if 5% YoY increase is the new method of valuation accepted by all (per the article) there must come a time when builders create new units and compete on price.

You've got lots of good advice here, but much of it seems rather boring, and you seem like someone searching for the fire within. So, here you go: Step 1) Forget you have any money at all. Step 2) Withdraw $5000 in cash and buy a plane

How to speed up your epiphanies: - Quiet room in the afternoon, with a bed - Lay down but don't sleep. Drink coffee first if you need. - Close your eyes, picture the problem, and relax. Visualize it existing in the world. Tweak it.

My solution is pretty low tech. I have a second desk in my office for my daughter's constructive computer time. So, I can look over her shoulder. All time spent on mobile devices is assumed to be youtube and social media. Limiting

I like the spirit of this, but expecting average internet users to buy fancy hard-drives to store their data for apps that don't exist yet, simply to be free of the cloud, is way optimistic. Also, having a Solid pod does not prevent th

I actually prefer your art to the art shown in the article. But, I would not call your artwork generative. However, it is programatic and animated. And could be easily created by the ideas of op art. https://en.wikipedia.org&#

Of course, if you like it, that's really all that matters. But art history, and contemporary art, are not really determined by polling the audience for what's liked most. Instead it's determined by those who have made it th

If you want to understand art since Cezanne, and especially after 1945, you need to understand the modernist idea of the meta-narrative. It works like this -- prior to the loosening up of gesture in painting, the narrative was whatever was

More interesting, I believe, is the question: why do so many Indians advance to the executive level relative to East Asians, when both are similarly famous for academic excellence and strict upbringing?

To nitpick: calling setState in componentWillMount does not cause a re-render, so as long as it is not dependent on an async function it does not technically hurt your app -- even though the docs state that initializing non-async state in t

Append the modal component to the react app element, and then change the app state to open it. The disadvantage is that your modal exists outside of the component that opens it, so you can't pass in props from parent to child. But as
